1. SOFTWARE UPGRADES

Minor upgrades (i.e upgrades from 1.2 to 1.5) are available for all customers who purchased Silver or Gold Licenses. Customer can go to the download area to download and install minor upgrades. Minor upgrades primarily include patches, bug fixes, including source code if applicable. Major functional enhancements may not be included in a minor upgrade.

Major upgrades (i.e upgrades from 1.2 to 2.0) include bug fixes as well as major functional enhancements. Major upgrades are available for all customers who purchased Silver or Gold Licenses. Customer can go to the download area to download and reinstall major upgrades.

Both Minor and Major upgrades are always free of charge for customer mentioned above within 1 year since the date of purchase.


2. FULL DISTRIBUTION RIGHT

All product licenses are perpetual and royalty-free, when you purchase any XtraComponents product, you receive an unlimited license to re-distribute your program (your SOFTWARE) built with XtraComponents components, you can ship your SOFTWARE as part of solutions for internal use, hosted application, commercial solutions deployed at customer’s site.


3. RETURN POLICY

We are confident in your satisfaction, that all XtraComponents shrink-wrapped products come with unconditional thirty (30) days money back guarantee unless specifically noted otherwise. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, you may cancel your order within thirty (30) days of the purchase and receive a full refund by writing a request to sales@xtracomponents.com and provide details on what you are not satisfied in our product(s) and services. Please note that XtraComponents does not offer refunds for Gold Licenses (Source Code license), so that we highly recommend you to download and test trial product(s) first before making an order.
